The foreign business entities may wish to be accredited with the RCCI (directly or through our Representation) that implies the entitlement for special assistance in their establishing in Russia, obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses for office, personnel and business operations, visa support, registration, dealing with custom and tax authorities and in other routine events. Up to now about 4000 companies from 90 countries are already enjoying this accreditation.
For accommodation it is recommended to stay (by the location, facilities and security reasons) with the RCCI "Mezdunarodnaja hotel" (World Trade Center).
Visa support
The visa support for Russia may be facilitated through RCCI Foreign Businesses Accreditation Department or our Representation.
- single entry visa (invitation and processing)
- multientry visa (justified by the volume or nature of business in Russia, in 3 weeks for the citizens of Germany, Italy and France and in a longer period for the citizens of other EU states)
Business contacts
The Representation runs the Register of the Russian enterprises, ranged by regions, specializations and involvement in foreign economic relations. The addresses concerned are available upon request. The business profiles of the Russian regions are available too.
Under circumstances, the letters of recommendation may be issued to facilitate to contacts and deals.
Business documentation
The technical documents accompanying the business deals (Carnets ATA, Certificates of Origin, Force Majors letters e.t.c.) may be requested from RCCI Legal Department.
Fairs and Exhibitions
For the schedule of the fairs, displays and exhibitions in Moscow and throughout Russia, as well as for the terms and conditions for participants address ZAO “Expocentr” or the Regional Representative of “Expocentr” in Benelux and France.
Assembling, disassembling and other fairs infrastructure services are performed by the Agency “Prominexpo”.
Market Research and Information
Market studies and the commercial and legal information may be obtained or ordered (through Representation) from the RCCI Business Information and Consultations Center.
The Center does also run “Russian CCI Business Information Exchange Network” and the list of advanced technological innovations available for export.
Protection of Intellectual Property
The patenting (registration) and legal protection of inventions, trademarks, copyrights and industrial designs may be undertaken by the RCCI Patent Attorney “Soyuzpatent”.
Business Security Services
For protecting your business (home, office, personnel, information, know-how, cargoes and other assets) and assuring yuor personal safety in Russia address RCCI Economic Security Department.
The list of the Reliable Russian Business Partners
The list is run by the RCCI Business Security Department for the convenience of foreign traders, investors and tenderers on the basis of the business performance (including financial and tax criteria) and the public image of the Russian companies, operating in foreign economic relations.

Credit Histories and Financial Data (Companies Profiles)
This information, based on the Annual and Quarterly Reports of the Russian businesses and the Tax Authorities data, is available through our Representation and from the RCCI Business Information and Consultations Center.

Assets and Property Evaluation
You are invited to address RCCI affiliated Agency “Expertiza Sobstvennosti”.
The Agency evaluates fixed and current assets, collaterals, real estate, other properties, investment projects, mergers and acquisitions, privatization deals, leasing, rents, damages, bankruptcies etc.
Certification and Tests
To assure the technical and sanitary conformity of your exports to Russia you are invited to address RCCI affiliated Agency ANO “Soyuzexpertiza”.
The Agency performs the certification and conformity assessment of products, services, projects (ISO series 9000 and 14000), real estate, company finances, products origin, the technical and ecological assessment of hotels, means of transportation, as well as the custom declaring services.
